Job description

The Opportunity:
In this position, the incumbent will begin their insurance brokerage training and development journey and is responsible for supporting assigned service teams by providing excellent service and deliverables to internal stakeholders in accordance with Hylant standards.
In This Opportunity You Will Execute On:
  • Grow and develop knowledge in insurance as well as Hylant's servicing tools and processes to obtain Life & Health Insurance License. Cross train to support all benefit functions (implementation, advocacy, compliance, marketing, member engagement, health strategies, and data analysis). Provide high volume tactical client service support to client service teams as requested. Such as:
  • Running reports and distributing to internal teams.
  • Review, audit, and enter information into appropriate systems
  • Liaise with external partners to maintain client information in appropriate systems
  • Gather, compile, and internally distribute information to support client deliverables
  • Assist in the preparation, printing and binding of client presentations and other deliverables
  • Provide backup to local administrative support as requested. Perform other duties and special projects as requested.

In This Role You Will Need:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • No prior experience required; internship or exposure to a professional work environment preferred.
  • Active Life & Health License, or the ability to obtain within 100 days of employment (limited exam attempts) and maintain in good standing.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to organize, plan and prioritize with effective results
  • Intermediate to advanced communication skills, including listening, speaking and writing.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
