A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE
Assists in the daily operation of the ecommerce department by answering customer email and inquiries about posted items and features. Assists with customer pick up and handles customer issues with the guidance of the Internet Sales Associate and/or supervisor. Assists in other areas as needed to ensure the efficiency of the departmental processes and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Basic familiarity with antiques and collectibles
  • Computer knowledge including internet and web page utilization
  • Ability to identify and sort quality merchandise
  • Familiar with shipping procedures
