Our Seattle office is currently seeking a Registered Client Service Associate to provide comprehensive support to Financial Advisors and senior management.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Provide sales and administrative support to clients and Financial Advisors
  • Maintain and update client account information, assisting Financial Advisors with specialized projects
  • Coordinate, prepare, and assist with client review meetings and new account setups
  • Organize and manage calendars, appointments, and meetings efficiently
  • Process invoices, check requests, and expense reports in a timely manner
  • Research, plan, and arrange detailed travel itineraries, compiling all necessary documents for travel and appointments
  • Interact with clients both in-person and over the phone, delivering exceptional service
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports as required
  • Track and follow up on time-sensitive tasks and deliverables
  • Answer phones, taking precise and detailed messages
  • Maintain organized files and documentation
  • Perform other duties and tasks as required and assigned

Experience and Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • FINRA Series 7 and 66 OR Series 7 and 63 & 65 certifications required
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience preferred
  • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Proficient understanding of general office procedures and office equipment
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Professional appearance and demeanor is essential

The reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $30.00/hr to $33.65/hr.
