The Village is one of the region's leading non-profit human service organizations. We provide behavioral health and other community services across North Dakota and Minnesota. It's a place where you can build a career and help people at the same time.

What we are looking for:

Looking for a talented and friendly individual to join our team as a customer service specialist! As a key member of our office staff, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients over the phone and in person.

We're seeking someone with a track record of success in a customer service role who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experience with healthcare office operations is a plus but not required - we're willing to train the right candidate! As a customer service specialist, you'll need to be a multitasking expert with excellent communication skills. Duties will include answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing client records, and providing administrative support to our mental health professionals. We offer flexible working hours, and a supportive work environment. We understand the importance of work-life balance, and we strive to provide our employees with the flexibility they need to succeed.

Hours of operation would be the following: Monday: 8a-7p; Tuesday: 8a-7p; Wednesday: 8a-5p; Thursday: 8-7p; Friday: 8a-3p.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior administrative or clerical experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • A highly organized multi-tasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • The ability to work independently with a problem-solving mindset
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the company
  • Team-player and positive attitude
