Responsible for Reception support: answering phones during regular business hours, greeting clients-prospects. Practice Support duties may include: delivery of Ameriprise Client Experience for clients of one or more practices. Responsibilities may include; scheduling client or prospect appointments, entering client data into various applications, supervising progress vs. practice goals, addressing client service requests, establishing new clients with Ameriprise, including introducing the digital experience, assisting advisor in preparation or follow-up to client or prospect meetings. Supporting the practice's marketing programs (events, go-social, MOD, etc.). Required Qualifications Associate (2-year) degree or equivalent 1-3 years Relevant Experience Required Able to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate professionalism, and operate under limited/minimal direction. Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients. Effective shown written and oral communication skills. Ability to function in fast-paced environment, maintain operational quality, ability to balance multiple priorities. Understanding of a financial advisors practice. Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent Understanding of business basics (profitability, negotiation) ability to work directly with clients to understand, resolve and detail any and all requests, informational updates and concerns.
