Job description

Job Summary:
As a part of our growing Client Services team you will handle reinsurance accounting and claims in addition to providing technical expertise for clients, reinsurers, and internal teams.
Client Service Analyst responsibilities:
  • Serve as premium and claims contact between clients and reinsurers.
  • Analyze and understand reinsurance contracts.
  • Ability to create and analyze various reinsurance reports.
  • Use problem solving skills to address and resolve questions.
  • Conduct timely and regular follow-ups when needed.
  • Coordinate new client onboarding.
  • Assist team members with training and problem solving.
  • Performs other responsibilities and duties as needed.

Requirements:
Client Service Analyst qualifications:
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field; Accounting, Finance, Math, or Economics preferred.
  • Typically 2-5 years business experience preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to efficiently organize work and manage time in order to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work outside of normal business hours as needed.
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills required.
  • Communicate effectively through both verbal and written means.
  • Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, proactively protecting confidentiality of Client and company information.
