FEHE Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Healthcare Services Administrator to support the coordination, administration, and oversight of our home healthcare services.
The person in this role will work with management and caregiving staff to help ensure services are delivered efficiently, consistently, and in compliance with applicable requirements.
Job Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate home healthcare services for clients in residential settings.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Monitor service delivery and compliance with company policies and applicable healthcare requirements.
  • Analyze operational and service data, prepare reports, and recommend process improvements.
  • Coordinate staffing plans, schedules, and caregiver assignments.
  • Supervise and support caregiving staff and related personnel.
  • Manage client service programs and administrative processes.
  • Maintain required records, reports, and documentation.
  • Help improve workflow efficiency, service delivery, and client satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Health Services Management, or a closely related field.
  • Knowledge of healthcare service operations and regulatory compliance in home healthcare or similar service environments.
  • Ability to analyze operational data and support administrative decision-making.

Travel Requirement
