Job description

Account Management & Client Relations:
  • Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Manage service agreements, quotes, and sales targets.
  • Conduct regular site visits and client meetings to evaluate client needs, provide technical support, and identify service opportunities.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, issue resolutions, and service requests.
  • Monitor and manage workflow for assigned accounts.
Qualifications:
  • 3-7 years of experience in electrical service account management
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems.
  • Fluent or knowledgeable with Accubid Software.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and maintenance agreements.
  • Ability to read electrical drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.
  • Excellent communication, customer-service, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple service jobs, small projects, and meet deadlines.
Small Project or Service Job Coordination:
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and electrical codes.
  • Coordinate and properly communicate with service technicians to ensure timely and accurate job execution.
  • Oversee job progress and ensure compliance with scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
  • Provide technical insights and guidance to both technician and clients as needed.
Sales & Business Development
  • Identify, develop, and close opportunities for electrical service work, including maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and emergency services.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, margin expectations, and customer retention goals.
  • Identify and pursue electrical service account opportunities.
Financial & Administrative Responsibilities
  • Prepare small project/job cost budgets.
  • Review job costs, approve invoices, and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Track account performance, forecasting, and revenue reporting.
Skills & Competencies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
