As the Branch Sales Manager, you are the catalyst for driving sales excellence on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that every member of our sales team surpasses targets and delivers exceptional results. Your role is pivotal in developing and executing new business strategies while focusing on client retention and expansion initiatives, using Sharp's extensive portfolio of solutions and services. You are the leader who sets aggressive sales quotas and collaborates with the leadership team to execute winning business strategies.

Responsibilities 
  • Lead and inspire a team of Sales Account Executives to exceed revenue targets.
  • Attract, hire, and train top talent to ensure continuous development within the sales team.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to perfect performance and achieve sales quotas.
  • Set clear and aggressive personal contribution targets to drive individual and team success.
  • Establish a rigorous weekly pipeline cadence to drive accountability and execution of daily sales activities.
  • Partner with branch specialists and service technicians to ensure unparalleled client satisfaction.
  • Provide constructive feedback to the sales team, offering clear direction for improvement and recovery actions.
  • Resolve client sales requests through innovative problem-solving, developing tailored solutions, and delivering impactful recommendations.
  • Empower the team through sales enablement tools and education to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Continuously enhance your own professional and technical knowledge through educational webinars and cultivating social-selling networks to maximize sales meeting opportunities.

Position Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent field experience preferred.
  • 5+ years outside sales experience, with at least 3 years of sales management experience
  • 3-5 years of B2B industry sales experience
  • Must have prior experience in document management systems.
  • Experience selling document technology services and solutions preferred.
  • Must be well-versed in using virtual meeting platforms to drive assertive sales discussions.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems, enabling assertive management of sales activities and pipelines is a plus.
  • Demonstrated enterprise selling skills at senior levels, engaging with key decision-makers (C-level corporate managers).
  • Ability to create and deliver professional sales presentations.
  • Possession of a valid US driver's license and dependable transportation, essential for achieving ambitious sales goals.
