    • Base Salary: $50,,000 with the potential for significant On Track Earnings of $120,000+ based on performance.

As a Facility Solutions Manager, your performance will be evaluated against several key metrics that are crucial for the growth and satisfaction of our clients and the prosperity of our branch. These include:
    • Client Retention: Aim to maintain a client retention rate of 96-98%. High retention rates reflect superior service and client satisfaction.
    • Revenue Growth: You are expected to generate extra service (ES) sales, with specific targets set based on your defined territory.
    • Quality Assurance: Conduct and report on detailed quality control inspections to ensure all services meet our high standards.
    • Operational Excellence: Manage service delivery effectively, ensuring compliance with client and company standards.
    • Team Management: Lead and develop your team, ensuring high performance and adherence to company protocols.

Requirements

  • 3-5 plus year's sales and management experience in building maintenance, facility management or equivalent experience.
