Job description

The Client Relationship Manager (Leadership) role is a strategic position based in Maryland, designed for an experienced professional with extensive insurance industry knowledge, particularly in Property & Casualty and Life & Health sectors. This leadership role focuses on managing a medium-sized team, driving client retention through strong relationship building, and fostering team coaching and development. Reporting directly to the CEO/Managing Director, the position requires effective use of CRM tools and minimal travel, with the flexibility of 90% remote work.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a medium-sized team (6-15 members) to achieve business goals
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for client relationship management
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction
  • Monitor team performance and prepare regular reports for senior leadership
  • Identify and resolve client and operational issues promptly
  • Drive business development initiatives to expand client base
