Broadridge is hiring! We're seeking a Client Service Representative to join our stellar team! The Client Services Representative supports clients, mainly TPAs and recordkeepers within the retirement and financial services sector by delivering timely, accurate, and professional assistance on account or asset-related inquiries and service requests. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong client relationships by ensuring data integrity, executing client deliverables, and supporting day-to-day operations. Working closely with senior client services staff, this position helps uphold regulatory standards, fosters client satisfaction, and contributes to the smooth administration of retirement and investment programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients, providing responsive support on routine account questions, transaction requests, and service inquiries.
  • Assist in processing participant and plan-level transactions-such as contributions, distributions, and plan updates-in accordance with established procedures and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., operations, compliance, investments) to ensure accurate and timely completion of client deliverables.
  • Prepare and maintain required client documents, reports, and meeting materials, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Log and track client communications and service activities in CRM and recordkeeping systems for audit and reporting purposes.
  • Monitor deadlines, follow up on open items, and escalate more complex or sensitive requests to senior representatives or management.
  • Support onboarding activities for new client accounts and plan transitions, assisting in data collection, setup, and testing as needed.
  • Participate in team initiatives to streamline service workflows, enhance client satisfaction, and reinforce compliance best practices.
  • May perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in financial services, retirement plan administration, or client account support.
  • Working knowledge or interest in retirement plans (401(k), 403(b), defined benefit, etc.) and related regulations (ERISA, IRS, DOL).
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with attention to accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM or recordkeeping systems.

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $60,000 - $75,000. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
