Requirements

       Previous experience in a client service or financial advisory role is highly preferred.

       Ability to pass a criminal and financial background check.

Roles/Duties:

       Support financial advisors by preparing reports, processing account transactions, and maintaining compliance documentation.

       Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are addressed promptly and accurately.

       Assist clients with account openings, transfers, and related activities.

       Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within Redtail CRM and imaging systems.

       Ensure confidentiality and security of client information as per company policies and industry regulations.

       Help organize client events and marketing initiatives to enhance client engagement.

       Participate in process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client service.

       Other duties as assigned.
