Position Overview

Smoker Wealth Management, LLC is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Client Service Associate to serve as a key client contact while providing administrative, operational, and compliance support to Financial Advisors. This role helps ensure a seamless client experience through account administration, accurate records, client communications, and event support.

The ideal candidate is organized, service-minded, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Financial services experience is preferred, but we are willing to train a motivated professional eager to grow in wealth management.

Required

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional business correspondence.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Ability to learn new technology, adapt to changing processes, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to successfully pass criminal and financial background checks.

Preferred

  • Experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, insurance, accounting, or a related business environment.

  • Maintain accurate client records in Redtail CRM, imaging systems, compliance logs, and related records.
  • Ensure documentation and transactions follow company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and security of client information.
  • Support compliance initiatives and administrative requirements as directed.

Marketing, Events, and Operational Support

  • Prepare client mailings, communications, and marketing materials in accordance with compliance guidelines.
  • Assist with client appreciation events, educational seminars, and marketing initiatives.
  • Support office operations, administrative functions, and process improvement efforts.
  • Collaborate with team members and perform other duties as assigned.
