About the Position
The Associate Client Service Manager is responsible for maintaining our clients’ accounts, including oversight of administrative and client documentation systems and ensuring that we continue to follow best practices as a fiduciary. The Associate Client Service Manager maintains open communication with clients and team members, assists clients in scheduling their regular appointments with advisors, follows through on all regulatory paperwork and guarantees client requests and needs are attended to.
Work Location
This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule reporting from the office in Downtown Long Beach twice a week. Additional in-office days may be required for urgent support, events, meetings, etc.
Compensation & Benefits
The compensation for this position is $60,500. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus of up to $8,500. Benefits include:

Essential Position Responsibilities Include:
Client Service

  • Provide “wow” service to clients and prospects over the phone and by email.
  • Manage and schedule all client meetings
  • Track all tasks, keep track of all client meetings and keep detailed notes about client relationships.

Custodians

  • Draft new account paperwork for clients and prospects and account maintenance requests for clients.
  • Queue up disbursements from clients’ accounts on custodial platforms and send eSign documents.
  • Act as the team’s primary liaison with our multiple custodians.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date client information.

Team Support

  • Attend weekly team meetings and keep team agenda up to date.
  • Keep team informed of all timelines and workload.
  • Provide support, respond to, and follow up on team requests in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Employment is contingent upon the satisfactory completion of a credit check.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail oriented with good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
  • Present a welcoming demeanor with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
  • High level of integrity and the ability to keep information confidential.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.
