THE ROLE

The Compliance Reporting Associate ensures that MFS complies with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. This role assists in the development and monitoring of compliance policies, procedures and processes and reports on compliance outcomes to senior compliance leadership.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • With guidance from manager, assist in various reporting functions (Client Reporting, Regulatory Reporting and Management Reporting).

  • Support the preparation, review, and delivery of client reporting and regulatory filings(e.g., client reports, regulatory submissions, ad hoc requests).

  • Perform data validation and quality checksto ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across reports.

  • Assist in reconciling dataacross multiple systems, identifying and escalating discrepancies in a timely manner.

  • Maintain audit trails and documentationof reporting processes, validation steps, and issue resolution.

  • Monitor reporting timelines and ensure deadlines are metin accordance with regulatory and client requirements.

  • Partner with internal teams (e.g., Operations, Finance, Technology) to gather data and resolve reporting-related issues.

  • Support process improvements and automation effortsto enhance efficiency and reduce risk.

  • Assist with responses to internal audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory inquiries.

  • Track and manage incoming requests through shared mailboxes and workflows, ensuring proper categorization and follow-through.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Strong attention to details with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlinesin a high-volume environment.

  • Clear and professional communicator who can collaborate across teams.

  • Proven analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns, discrepancies, and root causes.

  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams with a level of accountability with a proactive approach.

  • Comfort working with data and willingness to learn new systems, tools, and reporting requirements.

  • Demonstrated ability to follow structured processeswhile also identifying opportunities for improvement.

PREFERRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience or a proven interest in the Compliance/Legal area will be a plus.

  • Experience with data analysis, report generation, and AI technologies.

  • Familiarity with compliance reporting functions and applicable laws will be a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, data analytics, or finance.

  • Excellent presentation skills.

Base Salary Range: $55,500.00 - $80,500.00 This position is eligible for competitive incentive bonus.

This range reflects our good-faith expectation forwhat we'll pay depending on the candidate's experience, training and education. In addition to the salary, we also offer significant and competitive incentive compensationbased on both individual and company performance. Other components of our Total Rewards Package include:
