Job description

We're looking for a Senior Registered Client Associate to:
maintain client information and ongoing due diligence requirements with accuracy and attention to detail
support Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) individuals, families, trusts, and related entities by delivering a high-touch, white-glove client experience
understand and stay up-to-date on UBS products, services, protocols, and procedures
assist clients with all administrative and operational tasks including account opening/transfer, disbursements and deposits, statements and reports, online services, and banking services
help coordinate and process requests involving complex account structures, estate planning arrangements, and multi-generational wealth relationships
support Sr. Team members with client meeting scheduling, logistics, preparation, and paperwork; meet weekly to review progress and results
proactively anticipate client needs, resolve issues efficiently, and identify opportunities to create memorable client experiences and "wow" moments
complete firm-initiated projects
participate in team projects, dinners, trips, and meetings.
