Client Services Manager – Santa Rosa Office

Senior Helpers

Senior Helpers is seeking a Client Services Manager to join our Santa Rosa team. In this vital role, you’ll be at the forefront of our mission to provide compassionate care and improve the quality of life for our clients, their families, and our employees.

As the Client Services Manager, you’ll oversee the delivery and development of all client services and caregiver support within the franchise territory. Your responsibilities will include ensuring high-quality care, supporting client and caregiver retention, and driving growth in client service hours. This is a full-time, salaried position.


Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement & Retention

    • Maintain consistent communication with new clients through caregiver introductions, first-day service calls, and a visit within the first 30 days.

    • Conduct bi-monthly client visits to assess care quality and client/family satisfaction.

    • Manage hospital, rehab, and facility visits as needed.

  • Care Management

    • Develop and update personalized care plans using LifeProfile (training provided).

    • Partner with schedulers to ensure the right caregiver fit.

    • Perform site checks to ensure caregivers follow care plans, policies, and Senior Helpers standards.

  • Business Development

    • Handle service inquiries, follow up on leads, and support revenue growth.

    • Represent Senior Helpers at networking events and serve as a professional ambassador for the company.

    • Seek opportunities to expand client hours, including through special programs and gift certificate offerings.

  • Team & Operational Support

    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns.

    • Provide leadership in problem-solving, issue resolution, and service improvements.

    • Perform additional duties as assigned.


Qualifications
  • Industry Experience: Prior home care, healthcare, or senior services experience required.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of related work experience strongly preferred.

  • Client Management: At least 1 year of experience managing clients directly.

  • Skills:

    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

    • Excellent verbal communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    • Creative problem-solving and proactive leadership.

  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet use; quick learner of new software.

  • Mobility: Ability to travel within the territory for client visits.
