Client Relationship Manager Castlewatch Wealth | Glendale, California Full-Time | Hybrid Eligible After Six Months

Castlewatch Wealth is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Client Relationship Manager to support our advisors and deliver an exceptional experience to our clients. This individual will play an important role in preparing for client meetings, managing service requests, processing applications, and ensuring that client needs are handled accurately and efficiently.

The ideal candidate is fully licensed, comfortable working with financial planning technology, and interested in growing their career within the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare client files, reports, and supporting materials for client meetings.
  • Attend client meetings, take detailed notes, and document follow-up items.
  • Enter and maintain accurate client information within the firm’s systems.
  • Assist with new account applications and other client paperwork.
  • Support the financial planning process using MoneyGuidePro.
  • Review and help manage advisor inboxes to ensure client requests are addressed promptly.
  • Communicate with clients regarding service needs and obtain advisor verbal authorization when required.
  • Coordinate follow-up tasks after client meetings and track items through completion.
  • Maintain accurate, organized, and compliant client records.
  • Collaborate with advisors and other team members to provide a high level of client service.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience.

Qualifications
  • Current and active securities licenses required - series 7, series 66 and CA life & health.
  • Previous experience in wealth management, financial services, or a similar client relationship role strongly preferred.
  • Experience with MoneyGuidePro or comparable financial planning software preferred.
  • Familiarity with financial calculators and the ability to understand and apply basic financial calculations.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on time-sensitive requests.
  • Professional, service-oriented approach to working with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong academic performance, with a college GPA of 3.5 or higher preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Work Schedule

This is an in-office position for the first six months to support training, relationship-building, and integration with the team. After six months, the Client Relationship Manager may transition to a hybrid schedule that includes up to two remote workdays per week, based on performance and business needs.

Compensation and Benefits

Castlewatch Wealth offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including:

  • $33.65-$52.88 per hour; annualized $70,000-$110,000 per year. This is a non-exempt position and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with California law.
  • Compensation will depend on relevant experience, qualifications, and progress toward the CFP® designation.
