Duties & Responsibilities
Type of Role: Individual contributor, experienced
Area of Responsibility and Purview: Deliver on standards of care for Private Wealth Management clients
Role Specific Job Duties:
  • Serve as client relationship coordinator for a limited number of clients
  • Support resource to other client relationship coordinators on team, providing leverage to execute on tasks and responsibilities
Function Specific Job Duties:
  • When assigned client relationships, drive important touchpoints of engagement throughout each client's journey
  • Ensure all minimum standards of care are achieved across client relationships assigned
  • Execute on the client engagement plan, by maintaining schedule of client meetings and proactive touch points
  • Assist with advice team preparation and follow-up activities for client meetings, as necessary
  • Help manage the proactive outreach to clients by advisors, trust officers, portfolio managers and financial planners
  • Ensure clients have a positive service experience that always exceeds their expectations
  • Maintain and update Salesforce CRM for all client activities and events
  • Ensure adherence to corporate policy, operational policy, and regulatory guidance
  • Manage client event requests and event planning
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
MINIMUM:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or combination of education and experience that provides and equivalent background
PREFERRED:
  • Applicable experience within Financial Services

Compensation Ranges:
US Employees in California, Washington DC, New Jersey, and New York:
$41,060 - $59,760
US Employees in Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin:
$37,490 - $54,700
US Employees in all other states not listed above:
$33,920 - $49,650
