What You'll Do

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Assist customers with service requests and scheduling needs
  • Provide information regarding the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community and ADA-related service requirements
  • Enter customer requests and scheduling details into our software platforms
  • Maintain accurate customer and request records in internal databases
  • Support recruiting efforts by entering request data for candidate sourcing in new geographic areas
  • Obtain signed contracts and confirmations from customers
  • Track and document customer communications and scheduling updates
  • Coordinate internally with scheduling, recruiting, and leadership teams
  • Help identify opportunities to strengthen customer retention and generate repeat business
  • Provide a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and follow-through
