Job Summary: Client Relations Representatives are the front-line liaison between our company and its current and potential customers.
Full-time, on-site position, Monday through Friday | 8am - 4:30 | #LI-ONSITE

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone and manage high volume inbound calls-warmly connecting clients to correct departments and/or carrier care centers
  • Assist with walk-in clients
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure high quality customer service
  • Effectively solve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries, while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior
  • Take and upload payments

  • Excellent interpersonal and rapport building skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

Education and Experience:
  • Prior Customer Service Experience desired
