We are looking for a Business Development Manager who knows how to build relationships, earn trust, and tell our story with authenticity and confidence.


This role is about connecting with the people who refer work our way: insurance professionals, commercial property managers, adjusters, associations, and community partners. You'll be the face of Paul Davis in the market, creating meaningful connections, educating clients, and building a positive reputation that leads to long-term business growth.


What You'll Do
  • Build and nurture relationships with residential and commercial referral partners.
  • Meet with adjusters, claim managers, executives, and other key decision makers.
  • Organize and lead presentations, client trainings, and hosted events.
  • Attend industry meetings, trade shows, networking groups, charity events, and community activities.
  • Manage your CRM, track call plans, and stay consistent with follow-up.
  • Lead special projects and creative outreach campaigns that support brand visibility and sales goals.
     
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years in Business Development, Sales, Client Relations, or a similar role.
