Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Member Relations Supervisor to oversee daily branch operations and ensure exceptional service delivery to our members. This position plays a key leadership role in maintaining operational efficiency, supporting team development, and promoting a positive member experience within the service center.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, team-oriented leader, and service-focused professional with experience in financial institution operations, member/customer service, cash handling, and loan processing. This role coordinates, schedules, and supervises employees engaged in member service functions while ensuring compliance with established policies, procedures, and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervises and supports Member Relations Associates, Officers, and Specialists
  • Creates team member schedules to ensure adequate staffing and excellent member service
  • Assigns duties and reviews work for accuracy and compliance
  • Resolves member concerns and operational issues
  • Conducts team member evaluations and assisting with hiring, promotions, training and development
  • Ensures efficiency and standardize procedures among team members
  • Reviews and processes remote deposit capture through Vertifi and Epysis
  • Creates ATM/Debit/Credit Cards through Card@Once and maintaining inventory
  • Updates member information in Client and PEMCO systems
  • Assists with operational reporting and departmental projects
  • Promotes a professional, secure, and member-friendly service environment
  • Maintains teamwork, morale, and effective communication among staff
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in member/customer service, cash handling, and loan processing within a full-service financial institution one year experience in supervisory capacity; or any equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may be considered
