S.H.O.W. ATL – Atlanta, GA
Full-Time | In-Person | Paid Training | Customer-Facing Sales

S.H.O.W. ATL is seeking motivated, outgoing, and dependable individuals to join our Atlanta team as Customer Relations Associates.

This is a full-time, in-person, customer-facing sales position. Customer Relations Associates interact directly with customers while representing established client brands, identifying customer needs, explaining available products and services, and assisting customers with selections and enrollment.

This role is a strong fit for individuals with experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, promotions, or other customer-facing environments who enjoy working with people and are interested in developing their communication and sales skills.

Paid training is provided, including hands-on coaching on client products and services, customer engagement, sales processes, and professional communication.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Build positive relationships with customers through face-to-face interaction
  • Ask questions to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Provide information about client products, services, and available options
  • Recommend appropriate products or services based on customer needs
  • Assist with customer acquisition, sales, and enrollment
  • Answer questions and provide accurate product and service information
  • Maintain accurate customer information when required
  • Represent client brands professionally
  • Work alongside team members to achieve individual and team objectives
  • Participate in paid training, coaching, and team meetings
  • Maintain a positive and professional customer experience

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1+ year of customer-facing experience preferred
