Job description

The Client Relations Associate is a high-touch, full-service relationship support role within our Private Banking division. This individual serves as a trusted extension of the banking team, delivering seamless white-glove service across the full spectrum of client interactions - from day-to-day communications to curated experiences and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is proactive, polished, discreet, and thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.

Primary responsibilities include: 

Client Relationship Management
Serve as a primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth private banking clients, delivering consistent, personalized service.
Manage all client communications including routine updates, inquiries, and follow-ups with professionalism and discretion.
Anticipate client needs and proactively address requests before they arise.
Events & Surprise and Delight
Plan, coordinate, and execute exclusive client events from concept through completion, including venue sourcing, catering, invitations, and on-site management.
Design and deliver bespoke "surprise and delight" moments - curated gifts, personalized experiences, milestone recognitions, and thoughtful gestures that deepen client relationships.
Cultivate and manage partnerships with luxury vendors, hospitality providers, and lifestyle services to enhance the client experience.
Ticketing & Travel
Source and manage tickets for high-demand events including sports, performing arts, cultural galas, and private access experiences.
Coordinate all aspects of client travel - flights, hotels, ground transportation, dining reservations, and itinerary planning - ensuring a seamless, premium experience.
Business Development Support
Maintain and update the Salesforce CRM platform with accurate client data, activity logs, pipeline stages, and opportunity tracking.
Prepare comprehensive meeting materials including briefing documents, client profiles, presentation decks, and relevant market or portfolio summaries.
Capture and distribute detailed meeting follow-ups, action items, and next steps; track completion to ensure accountability.
Support bankers with pipeline management, prospect research, and relationship mapping.

Expense Management
Process, track, and reconcile client entertainment and business development expenses in accordance with firm policies.
Prepare monthly expense reports and ensure timely submission and approval.
Digital & Social Media Presence
Draft and schedule content for the team's professional social media channels (LinkedIn, etc.), highlighting market insights, firm announcements, events, and community engagement.
Maintain brand consistency and compliance standards across all digital communications.

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:

Required
3-6 years of experience in a client-facing role within private banking, wealth management, luxury hospitality, or a comparable high-touch service environment.
Proficiency with Salesforce CRM; ability to maintain accurate records and generate reports.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; impeccable attention to detail.
Demonstrated experience coordinating events and/or travel logistics.
High degree of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment when handling confidential client information.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Hospitality, Finance, or a related field.
Experience with luxury vendor networks, concierge services, or lifestyle management.
Familiarity with financial services compliance and client data privacy requirements.
Existing relationships within local arts, cultural, culinary, or sports communities.

  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule: M-F
  • 4 day in office requirement/WFH 1 day (Friday)

Pay Transparency:

  • The salary range for this position is $115,000-$145,000 per year plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
