The role can be performed hybrid (2x/week) for those based in San Francisco, New York City, Salt Lake City, or Boston.Β 

Remote: This role is open to remote Β candidates located in AL, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, MA, NJ, NM, NY, OR, TX, UT, VA, or WA. We're unable to consider candidates residing outside of these states at this time.

If you live within 50 miles of one of our hub offices, in Salt Lake City, New York City, San Francisco, or Boston, this role will be hybrid, requiring in-office presence 2 days per week.

Account Directors (AD) are mid-level managers and first-level people managers who manage and function as the day-to-day leads on multiple client accounts. You'll be a hands-on team member actively engaged in day-to-day work activities as well as responsible for the leadership and overall direction of account teams including client service, staffing, training, organizational development, and quality control. You'll be a member of Method's Leadership Team, and collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations on internal agency initiatives.

Final compensation for this role will be determined by a number of factors including candidate's education, relevant work experience and geographic location.
