About the Role
EmpowerHome Team, ranked among the Top 10 Real Estate Teams in the Nation by RealTrends (2024), is hiring an experienced Client Relations Manager / Real Estate Operations Manager to lead client experience and operational excellence in our Chantilly, Virginia office.
This is a leadership role designed for a highly organized, results-driven manager who thrives in fast-paced real estate environments. You will oversee systems, people, and processes that drive exceptional client experiences from listing appointment through closing.

• Experience in real estate operations, listing coordination, or project management (preferred)
