Job Summary:

We are seeking a Client Project & Order Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring smooth operations-processing orders, coordinating with vendors, and collaborating across sales, marketing, and warehouse teams to meet project goals. If you're passionate about getting things done right and on time, we want to hear from you!

 

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and process incoming orders with precision and care
  • Coordinate with vendors to confirm availability, pricing, and delivery schedules
  • Support the sales team by responding to order-related questions and customer needs
  • Work with the warehouse to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
  • Monitor project and order timelines, flagging and solving potential delays
  • Oversee projects from planning through delivery, tracking key milestones
  • Keep stakeholders aligned by acting as the go-to liaison across departments
  • Provide updates and progress reports to management regularly
  • Recommend process improvements to make things even smoother

Who You Are:

  • 0-3 years of experience in project coordination, purchasing, or customer service
  • A natural organizer who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
