🏗️ NOW HIRING — SOUTH FLORIDA

Project Manager

High-profile projects. Strong backlog. Growing operation.

I’m running a confidential search for a Project Manager to join a rapidly-growing South Florida manufacturer and fabricator specializing in architectural, miscellaneous, and structural metals.

The company supports some of the region’s most prominent luxury residential, hospitality, commercial, and mixed-use developments and works alongside many of South Florida’s leading General Contractors, Developers, Architects, and Design Teams.

With multiple operating facilities, a strong backlog, and continued growth ahead, this is an opportunity to join a business with real momentum and take ownership of complex, highly visible projects from preconstruction through installation.

THE ROLE

You’ll be responsible for managing projects from award through completion, serving as the key point of contact between the client, design team, fabrication operation, and field.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage architectural, miscellaneous, and structural metal projects from preconstruction through final installation

• Coordinate directly with GCs, Developers, Architects, Engineers, and Design Teams

• Oversee RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, change orders, procurement, and project documentation

• Drive CAD/BIM coordination and ensure fabrication information is accurate and released on schedule

• Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and overall profitability

• Coordinate closely with in-house fabrication teams and field installation crews

• Identify value-engineering opportunities and help solve complex design and constructability challenges

• Maintain strong client relationships while keeping projects on schedule and within budget

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Project Management experience within construction, fabrication, architectural metals, miscellaneous metals, structural steel, or a related manufacturing field

• Strong understanding of construction documents, shop drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change management

• Experience coordinating with GCs, Developers, Architects, and Engineers

• Familiarity with BIM, CAD, and 3D coordination workflows

• Strong commercial awareness around budgets, schedules, procurement, and project margins

• Ability to communicate effectively between office, fabrication, and field teams

• Organized, accountable, proactive, and comfortable taking full ownership of a project

WHY CONSIDER IT?

💰 Competitive base salary + performance bonus

🏥 Full medical benefits

📈 401(k) with company match

🏗️ High-profile South Florida project portfolio

🏭 Multiple operating facilities with continued growth ahead

🤝 Direct exposure to leading GCs, Developers, and Design Teams

🚀 Long-term opportunity with a growing organization

This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to manage meaningful projects, work with sophisticated clients, and grow with a company that has built a strong reputation in the South Florida market.
