Job Title: Cyber Resilience Program Manager

Location (City, State): Remote (Dallas-Fort Worth, TX preferred)

Assignment Type: 6-Month Contract (Strong likelihood of extension)

Pay: $60.00 – $80.00 / Per Hour

Work Schedule: Remote | Standard CST Business Hours | Occasional U.S. travel

This role offers the opportunity to lead highly visible, enterprise-wide programs that strengthen cyber resilience, improve governance, and support evolving regulatory requirements.

Job Description:

We are looking for a strategic Program Manager with experience leading complex technology or cybersecurity initiatives across enterprise organizations. This individual will oversee multiple concurrent workstreams, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure successful execution of critical compliance and resilience programs. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable presenting to executive leadership while managing competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead enterprise-level cybersecurity and compliance programs from planning through execution.
  • Coordinate multiple cross-functional workstreams while monitoring project milestones and deliverables.
  • Partner with Information Security, IT, Risk, Legal, Operations, and Business teams to drive alignment.
  • Develop and maintain program governance, status reporting, RAID logs, and project documentation.
  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks while driving mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare executive presentations, dashboards, and status updates for senior leadership.
  • Facilitate communication across technical and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Track action items, timelines, and resource planning across multiple initiatives.
  • Support audit readiness through accurate documentation and reporting.
  • Analyze project metrics and provide recommendations to improve program execution.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of enterprise Program Management experience supporting technology, cybersecurity, or regulatory initiatives.
  • Experience leading large, cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) concepts.
  • Exposure to regulatory initiatives such as NIS2, DORA, or similar frameworks is highly preferred.
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple departments without direct authority.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
