Position Overview

The Operations Manager will oversee various job site tasks, including crawl space work, attic insulation, crack repair, basement waterproofing, wall anchoring, foundation piering, concrete finishing, general construction, and inspection/repair projects. They will provide support through on-site field supervision and technical management, directly overseeing foremen and laborers. Additionally, they will aid in planning, coordinating, and executing work within specified timelines while prioritizing safety. This role also involves enhancing client relations and upholding the company's reputation, managing material inventories, maintaining records, and achieving quality, schedule, and budget objectives.
