We are seeking a committed Program Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality residential services and maintain full compliance with licensing standards and agency requirements. This role serves as a key leadership position within the organization, requiring strong integrity and a thorough understanding of licensing regulations and legislation related to Intellectual Disability (ID) &/or Behavioral Health (BH). The ideal candidate will bring expertise, professionalism, and a dedication to supporting excellence in care.

Position Details:
Schedule: Days/Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-4pm Total: FT 40hrs./wk. (Hours and times vary based on program needs)
What You'll Do:
  • Supervise DSP's and conduct meetings.
  • Respond to calls during off hours.
  • Perform DSP duties as needed and fills shifts when necessary.
  • Complete all required documentation promptly, including time and attendance, daily logs, progress notes, and monthly reports.
  • Participate in ongoing communication and planning for individualized program implementation.
  • Administer medications and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Maintain current knowledge of licensing guidelines and legislation in the ID or BH field.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information.

Qualifications:
  • 18 years or older or 21 years of older for Personal Care Homes
  • Provide and maintain a Valid U.S. Driver's License and insurable under company policy
  • Experience working with individuals with Intellectual/Behavioral disabilities (based on position)
  • 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Residential Group Home experience
  • Ability to pass and maintain Medication Certification & CPR/First Aid
