In short: This role serves as the organizational hub of the Opensity Solutions Records & Information Governance leadership team, providing project management, coordination, reporting, and accountability across multiple concurrent initiatives to ensure commitments are executed on time and with high quality.

Core Responsibilities

  • Follow up with project stakeholders to ensure commitments, milestones, and action items are completed on schedule.

  • Coordinate project intake, prioritization, and workload tracking.

Leadership Support

  • Support the National Client Relations Manager and Records Operations Manager by maintaining visibility into ongoing initiatives, priorities, and resource needs.

  • Ensure alignment across multiple workstreams and project priorities.

  • Escalate issues, risks, and resource constraints when appropriate.

  • Help establish consistent project management practices, workflows, and tracking methodologies across the organization.

Ideal Candidate
