We’re seeking a CRM & Marketing Coordinator with strong HubSpot experience to serve as the primary administrator of our HubSpot CRM. As a newly implemented system, this role will lead CRM setup, optimization, and adoption, ensuring HubSpot supports business development, marketing automation, and relationship management.


This is a hands-on role ideal for someone experienced in CRM administration, HubSpot workflows, and marketing operations.


What you’ll be doing

HubSpot CRM Administration (Primary Focus)

  • Serve as the primary HubSpot Administrator and CRM system owner
  • Support implementation and manage ongoing CRM configuration and optimization
  • Configure and maintain pipelines, properties, workflows, automation, and user permissions
  • Build HubSpot reports and dashboards to track pipeline and marketing performance
  • Ensure CRM data quality, data hygiene, and system integrity
  • Manage HubSpot integrations with WordPress, email marketing tools, and internal systems
  • Create documentation and train users to drive CRM adoption and best practices

Website & Marketing Technology

  • Administer and maintain the WordPress website (plugins, updates, performance)
  • Support HubSpot–WordPress integration, including forms and lead capture
  • Troubleshoot issues and apply basic HTML/CSS as needed
  • Support SEO fundamentals and website analytics

Email Marketing & Marketing Operations

  • Execute email marketing campaigns (segmentation, lists, compliance)
  • Maintain contact data consistency across CRM and marketing platforms
  • Track and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics
Requirements:

What makes you a fit

  • 3–5+ years of HubSpot CRM administration experience
  • Experience with marketing automation, workflows, and CRM reporting
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize a CRM system independently
  • Experience with WordPress and marketing technology integrations
  • Strong communicator able to support non-technical users
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement and data accuracy

Preferred

  • HubSpot certifications (Admin, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub)
  • Experience with Zapier or automation tools
  • Background in B2B, professional services, or marketing operations
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO, or project management tools (Monday.com)

Compensation & Benefits

At Geffen Mesher, we value transparency and equity in compensation. The compensation offered for this position will be based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to: years of relevant experience, unique or specialized skill sets, education, licensure, and internal equity. The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000-$75,000.
