Regulatory Operations Associate

Location: Hillsboro, OR (Onsite)

Pay: $23-$27/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday, between 8:00 AM-6:00 PM

Duration: 1-Year Contract-to-Hire Potential

Join a well-established financial services organization seeking detail-oriented professionals to support banking operations, member services, and regulatory account administration. This role offers an excellent opportunity for candidates with banking, financial services, healthcare, administrative, or operations experience who enjoy research, problem-solving, and helping customers.

What You'll Do
  • Process and review financial account transactions and records
  • Research and resolve member account issues
  • Perform data entry, documentation, and quality control activities
  • Make outbound calls and respond to member inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records and account information
  • Assist with operational projects, reporting, and account maintenance
  • Support regulatory and compliance-related processes
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of customer service, administrative, operations, banking, or data-focused experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with multiple computer systems and Excel
