Now Hiring: Sanitation Technician
Indianapolis, IN | Evening Shift
Integrity Staffing Solutions is now hiring Sanitation Technicians to join our client's operations team in Indianapolis, IN. This is an evening shift position, Monday through Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM, paying $20.00 per hour.
This role is ideal for candidates with sanitation or manufacturing experience who take pride in cleanliness, food safety, and working as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily sanitation and cleaning of food processing equipment and production areas
  • Follow the Master Sanitation Schedule and standard operating procedures
  • Properly disassemble, clean, sanitize, and reassemble equipment
  • Use sanitation chemicals safely and correctly
  • Maintain compliance with GMP, SSOP, and food safety standards
  • Wear required PPE and follow safety guidelines at all times
  • Identify and report equipment or maintenance issues
  • Support pre-operational inspections as needed
  • Complete required documentation and checklists
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Key Requirements
  • Manufacturing experience preferred (food industry a plus)
  • Ability to work evening shifts and overtime as needed
  • Ability to lift 25-50 lbs
  • Comfortable working in wet or humid environments
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and lift for extended periods (up to 12 hours)
