Client Services Associate (Reprographics)

Reports To: Client Services Supervisor, Client Services Manager, or equivalent leadership

Typical Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00AM–6:00PM

We're seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Client Services Associate (Copy & Print) to support daily print, reprographics, mailroom, and workplace operations in a fast-paced professional environment.

In this role, you'll help ensure business-critical documents, mail services, and office support functions are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time. From managing high-volume print requests to maintaining equipment and supporting workplace operations, your work plays an essential role in keeping day-to-day business running smoothly.

What You'll DoCopy, Print & Reprographics Support
  • Process high-volume copying, printing, scanning, and digital imaging requests
  • Complete finishing services including binding, cutting, padding, and lamination
  • Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely completion of all print projects
Equipment & Production Support
  • Operate and maintain reprographics and multifunction devices
  • Perform routine maintenance including paper replenishment, toner replacement, and troubleshooting minor equipment issues
  • Monitor supply inventory and coordinate replenishment as needed
Mailroom & Administrative Support
  • Assist with inbound/outbound mail, package distribution, and shipping support as needed
  • Maintain tracking records and respond to delivery or shipping inquiries
  • Support general office operations including meeting room setup, pantry organization, and light facilities support
Customer Service & Team Collaboration
  • Deliver professional, responsive service across all forms of communication
  • Build positive working relationships with employees and internal teams
  • Assist with workflow improvements, cross-training, and operational support during peak periods or downtime

  • Ability to lift, move, or transport materials and packages up to 40–60 lbs. using appropriate equipment

Compensation:
The expected compensation is an estimate, and the final offer will depend on skills, experience, location, and other job-related factors.
