How you'll make an impact

As a Senior Client Service Manager, you’ll be the strategic relationship manager and client liaison, leading increasingly complex self-funded accounts. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their day-to-day needs and provide tailored solutions while managing their annual strategies.

  • Share marketexpertiseand keep clients informed about compliance-related issues.
  • Champion Gallagher’s resources and tools to maximise efficiency in managing client deliverables.
  • Support the employee benefits Client Service Cycle to ensure a seamless renewal process, aiming for a 95% retention rate.
  • Guide, develop, and mentor new hires and team members, fostering a collaborative and learning-focused environment.
  • Align with the account management team to ensure compliance with local and corporate standards
About You
  • 5+ years of experience in client service and/or claims management
  • The ability to build strong professional relationships and communicate complex issues in simple terms
  • A proactive approach to influencing events and achieving team goals
  • Adaptability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • A passion for learning and improving efficiency through Gallagher’s tools and systems
  • A commitment to ethical behavior and going the extra mile for clients and colleagues
