This role is part of Blue Origin corporate functions, providing centralized support across Blue Origin business unit teams, functions, and locations.

TheSr. Client Lead Recruiter will work with a team of peers including Sourcing Recruiters, Full Life Cycle Recruiters, and Recruiting Coordinators, focusing in the areas of candidate talent search and placement, process improvement, strategy development, and will act as client lead for assigned business groups in Blue Origin Space Vehicles Talent Acquisition Team. They will foster a collaborative team environment with peers supporting the assigned business group and a strong service-oriented culture that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, quality driven service to internal customers and meets customer service level agreements.
TheSr. Client Lead Recruiter must be able to successfully manage, prioritize, and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and how to prioritize customer SLAs. They thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done.
TheSr. Client Lead Recruiter will draw on knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR business partners. They have a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation, client/business management, organization, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, have an ability to prioritize their time, demonstrate push back and a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Drive candidate attraction and engagement efforts to build a robust talent pipeline for the business.

  • Ensure thorough candidate interview preparation to enhance their readiness and performance.

  • Facilitate interview debrief sessions to ensure comprehensive evaluation and feedback for all candidates.

  • Manage the process of closing offers to secure top talent and finalize hiring decisions.

  • Support the development and implementation of recruitment strategies, including demand planning, market research on job profiles and talent, employment branding, interviewer training programs, compensation strategies, early career recruitment channels, candidate experience enhancements, and pipeline health management.

  • Establish and maintain a business rhythm with assigned teams or business delegates including regular reporting schedules and participation in meetings with necessary preparations.

  • Support full lifecycle recruiting for niche, exempt or leadership level roles.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of corporate and or search firm recruiting experience

  • MS Office-- including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Contact Management/Applicant tracking system experience for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.

  • Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships. Ability to continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to sourcing and delivering candidates.

  • Strong communication skills, organizational, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, sourcing, and interview process management.

  • Possession of strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.


Compensation Range for:

WA applicants is $134,434.00 - $188,207.25
