Job Title:
TIBCO Integration Architect
About the role
As a TIBCO Integration Architect, you will make an impact by designing, supporting, and governing enterprise integration solutions that enable secure, scalable, and reliable business operations. You will be a valued member of the Integration Services team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, architects, development teams, and infrastructure partners to deliver integration solutions across multiple platforms while supporting critical production environments.
In this role, you will:
• Design and maintain enterprise integration architectures leveraging the TIBCO suite of products, API platforms, and modern integration technologies.
• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable integration solution blueprints and implementation strategies.
• Lead work intake activities, perform impact assessments, provide effort estimates, and coordinate work assignments with offshore teams.
• Design, develop, and govern APIs and integration services utilizing industry best practices and enterprise standards.
• Support and administer TIBCO platforms including BusinessWorks, EMS, Adapters, Runtime Agent, BusinessConnect, and related components.
• Collaborate with development teams to conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and design validations to ensure adherence to integration standards and security requirements.
• Manage deployments and releases across development, testing, staging, and production environments.
• Install and maintain SSL certificates, client authentication certificates, and other security artifacts across integration platforms.
• Plan and execute upgrades, maintenance activities, and platform modernization initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across TIBCO, Azure API Management, IBM API Connect, App Connect, and related middleware platforms.
• Maintain integration inventories, architecture documents, test results, and operational procedures.
• Establish performance metrics, conduct capacity planning and load testing, and identify opportunities to improve reliability and scalability.
• Identify technical debt, obsolete technologies, and modernization opportunities, and develop roadmaps to improve the integration ecosystem.
• Provide technical leadership and communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams.

What you need to have to be considered
• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of experience serving as an Integration Lead or Architect on large-scale enterprise integration initiatives.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with the TIBCO suite of products, including:
• TIBCO BusinessWorks
• TIBCO EMS
• TIBCO Adapters
• TIBCO BusinessWorks Plug-ins
• TIBCO BusinessConnect
• 5+ years of experience designing, developing, deploying, and governing APIs.
• 5+ years of experience as an API Developer and/or API Architect.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP web services, JMS, and enterprise integration technologies.
• Experience with Identity and Access Management platforms, including Microsoft Entra ID, Ping Identity, and Azure AD B2C.
• Strong understanding of API design standards, architecture patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with Microservices Architecture, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), gRPC, and GraphQL.
• Knowledge of B2B integration and Managed File Transfer (MFT) platforms.
• Experience implementing API and integration security standards, including SSL, mutual authentication, digital signatures, and certificate management.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, XML, XSD, JSON, relational databases, and SQL.
• Expertise in integration patterns including publish/subscribe, service-oriented, event-driven, and native integration approaches.
• Experience using Azure Repos or other distributed version control systems.
• Understanding of DevOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment practices.

Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until October 03, 2025.
The annual salary for this position is between $129,500- $152,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
