Position Summary:
Lead the development and delivery of analytics that define, measure, and communicate client value, including ownership of savings methodologies and impact quantification. This role is accountable for ensuring value is calculated consistently, accurately, and transparently, informing both strategic decisions and financial outcomes. Partner with Client Account Management, Clinical Operations, and Finance to translate complex healthcare data into clear, defensible insights that articulate program value. Design and deliver scalable financial, clinical, and utilization-based analyses using modern data tools to produce high-quality reporting and compelling, client-ready narratives. This is a highly visible, client-facing role, partnering directly with external stakeholders to explain methodologies, validate outcomes, and guide data-driven decision-making.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Own and evolve client savings and value methodologies, including design, validation logic, and ongoing refinement aligned to contractual and business requirements
  • Ensure accuracy, transparency, and defensibility of all value calculations, serving as the authoritative source for reported client impact
  • Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, client-ready narratives, articulating financial and clinical value drivers
  • Engage directly with clients as needed to review methodologies, explain results, and address questions related to value realization
  • Design, build, and deploy scalable analytics solutions using Databricks, SQL, Python, and Power BI
  • Ensure data quality and integrity through robust QA processes, validation checks, and adherence to data governance standards
  • Deliver both recurring and ad hoc analyses across program performance, financial outcomes, utilization, and cost-saving initiatives
  • Partner cross-functionally with Client Management, Clinical Operations, Finance, and Data Engineering to align analytics with business needs and enable effective decision-making
  • Support invoicing processes by ensuring savings outputs are accurate, complete, and contractually aligned, enabling efficient and accurate billing
  • Establish and maintain analytics standards, documentation, and best practices
  • Serve as a senior individual contributor, mentoring team members and driving analytics excellence
  • Develop executive- and client-ready visualizations that drive decision-making
What we are looking for:
  • Deep experience with healthcare datasets (claims, eligibility, providers, authorizations)
  • Advanced SQL and hands-on experience with Databricks and Power BI
  • Strong understanding of healthcare financial, clinical, and value-based performance metrics
  • Demonstrated experience defining and validating savings methodologies, ROI models, or value frameworks
  • Proven ability to translate complex healthcare data into actionable insights for both internal and client audiences
  • Experience working in ambiguous environments and driving solutions independently
  • Strong stakeholder management and confidence engaging with external clients
Education, Experience and Licensure:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Analytics, Finance/Economics, Math/Statistics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, business intelligence, or related environment
  • Experience supporting value measurement, ROI modeling, or financial impact analysis (invoicing exposure a plus, not primary)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to influence and mentor others while fostering a collaborative environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Expertise in a modern data stack (Databricks, distributed processing, SQL-based transformations, and semantic modeling in Power BI)
TurningPoint Healthcare Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
