The Work:

  • Define enterprise integration strategies, target architectures, and modernization roadmaps leveraging SAP BTP Integration Suite and other SAP aligned Integration Technologies.

  • Lead integration workstreams across large-scale SAP and enterprise transformation programs, providing architectural guidance from strategy and design through implementation and deployment.

  • Drive integration modernization initiatives, by establishing Event Driven, API-led and, cloud-native integration architectures while helping organizations rationalize and simplify complex integration landscapes.

  • Lead the assessment, planning, and execution of migrations from SAP PI/PO to SAP BTP Integration Suite, defining migration strategies, interface transformation approaches, and adoption roadmaps that minimize risk.

  • Establish integration standards, patterns, governance frameworks, and reusable assets to improve consistency, accelerate delivery, and enhance the long-term sustainability of the integration landscape.

  • Champion the use of AI-powered tools, accelerators, and engineering practices to improve solution design, accelerate development and increase delivery efficiency across integration programs.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements

    What You Need:

    • Minimum of 8 years of experience delivering SAP Integration programs leveraging SAP Integration tooling.

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience leading Integration teams

    • Minimum of 4 years of experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite/CPI

    • Minimum of 4 full life cycle SAP implementation programs.

    • Minimum of 2 end to end implementations of SAP Trading partner management or equivalent EDI Implementation experience.

    • Minimum of 1 end to end implementation of SAP Advanced Event Mesh or equivalent Event Driven Architecture platform.

    • Minimum of 1 SAP PI/PO to BTP Integration Suite Migration program delivered.

    • Prior experience supporting the Life Sciences Industry and clients

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate's Degree with 6 years of work experience)

    Bonus Points If:

    • You've earned an SAP or Hyperscaler related Integration or Architect Certification

    • You have experience with other IPaaS solutions like Mulesoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services etc.

    • You have experience with observability platforms like Datadog, Splunk, New Relic.
