The leadership team brings more than 30 years of combined experience in bidding, managing, and delivering complex projects. The company focuses on heavy civil construction work in Northwest Arkansas and surrounding areas, with a strong commitment to quality, safety, and reliable project execution. Role Description

The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Fayetteville, AR, responsible for overseeing asphalt and heavy civil construction projects from planning through completion. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating project schedules, budgets, and resources; managing subcontractors and suppliers; and ensuring work is executed according to specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. This role involves monitoring construction progress, conducting site visits and inspections, resolving issues and delays, and maintaining clear communication with clients, field crews, and internal stakeholders.
