We're growing fast - and we need someone who can keep up.
PrePad is on a mission to make engineering workflows radically more efficient for completions teams. This is a unique opportunity on our team as an embedded client success engineer. You'll work side-by-side onsite with one of our most strategic clients, acting as a trusted partner within their team while bridging directly to PrePad's engineering and product organization.

  • You're the reason clients trust PrePad at every step.
  • You become one of the company's top PrePad users - living in the product daily and helping shape it.
  • You can wrangle messy, inconsistent client data into clean, repeatable inputs that make the product shine.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with clients to ensure a frictionless onboarding and ongoing experience.
  • Work hands-on with client datasets (often messy and unstructured) to extract, organize, and transform key inputs for PrePad.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to continuously improve user experience.

  • Serve as an internal expert on completions workflows and client needs.
  • Balance technical problem-solving with strong interpersonal client engagement.

Must-Have Qualifications
  • Current authorization to work in the United States. PrePad does not provide relocation or visa sponsorship. Do not apply if you require sponsorship.
  • Stellar interpersonal skills and patience - you're calm under pressure.
  • Engineering degree.
  • Experience wrangling, cleaning, transforming, and analyzing data (Excel, scripting, or other repeatable methods).
  • Strong background in data management and optimization workflows.
  • Experience supporting clients with technical systems.
  • Proven ability to create executive-grade presentations (PowerPoint mastery).
  • Comfortable working across software platforms and managing complex data inputs.

Bonus Points
  • Experience with SQL, Python, and modern data libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Polars).
  • Completions engineering experience, especially frac job planning/execution for operators.
  • MBA or equivalent strategic/business training.

Must have current authorization to work in the United States. PrePad does not provide relocation or visa sponsorship. Do not apply if you require sponsorship.
