About the Position

The Odell Agency is seeking Benefits Enrollment Specialists who are committed to delivering exceptional client service while building long-term professional careers.
This position combines client consultation, benefits education, and enrollment support within a structured development program. Previous insurance experience isn't required. We provide onboarding, licensing support, mentorship, and ongoing coaching designed to help new specialists develop the knowledge, confidence, and professional skills needed for long-term success.
From your first day, you'll work alongside experienced professionals, follow established processes, and develop the skills required to confidently guide clients through important benefit decisions.

Key Responsibilities

As a Benefits Enrollment Specialist, you'll help individuals and families understand their available life and supplemental health benefit options while delivering a professional client experience.
