Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel job in Roseburg, Oregon.

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join a traveling Physical Therapist team in Roseburg, OR providing home health services where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Perform patient evaluations and provide therapeutic services according to physician orders. Responsible to the Director of Operations / Clinical Manager. Supervise and evaluate Physical Therapy Assistants and Home Health Aides as assigned. Must have reliable transportation, a current driver’s license, and agency-required liability insurance.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Current, unencumbered license to practice physical therapy in the state of assignment (OR) required to start the assignment.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Familiarity with general computer use including email, internet navigation, and basic online HR/training systems.
  • Must have reliable transportation, current driver’s license, and agency-required liability insurance.
  • State- or client-specific requirements: ability to perform home visits, evaluate home environments, develop and update plans of care, document and report patient condition, and participate in in-service education per applicable state regulations.
  • Experience in home health settings preferred. Two to three years of physical therapy experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of clinical physical therapy experience.
  • Experience supervising Physical Therapy Assistants and home health personnel.
  • Familiarity with state-specific home health therapy regulations.

  • Shift name: Evenings.
  • Schedule: 5 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift.
