Location: El Paso, Texas
Work Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Working Days: Monday - Saturday
Work Arrangement: On-site

SPS Global is seeking a professional and service-driven Client Services Associate to support daily office, mail, shipping, and workplace operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, working across different responsibilities, and providing exceptional service in a professional environment.

The Client Services Associate plays an important role in keeping workplace operations running smoothly while delivering prompt, courteous, and efficient service to both SPS and client employees.

Job Overview

The Client Services Associate supports a variety of office services functions, including inbound and outbound mail, shipping and receiving, package distribution, copy/print services, office supply management, hospitality support, and general workplace services.

The position also provides backup reception and concierge coverage as needed, making flexibility, professionalism, and a strong customer service mindset essential.

Reports To:
Client Services Supervisor, Client Services Manager, or equivalent leadership

What You'll DoMail, Shipping & Office Services
  • Receive, sort, track, and distribute incoming mail and packages

  • Process outgoing mail and shipping transactions

  • Perform shipping and receiving duties and maintain appropriate chain-of-custody documentation

  • Notify employees of deliveries and respond to mail and package inquiries

  • Assist with copy/print requests and monitor multifunction devices (MFDs)

  • Replenish toner, paper, and other office supplies as needed

  • Submit work orders for equipment or workplace service requests

Hospitality & Workplace Support
  • Stock and maintain pantry, kitchen, barista, conference, and meeting areas

  • Assist with meeting and conference room setups

  • Maintain clean, organized, and professional business service areas

  • Support light maintenance, workplace organization, and office moves as needed

  • Monitor supply inventory and replenish or order materials when necessary

Customer Service & Team Support
  • Provide 5-star customer service to clients and employees

  • Provide reception or concierge coverage when needed

  • Build positive and professional relationships with customers and internal teams

  • Maintain professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive requests

  • Train backup personnel on established procedures

  • Proactively assist with additional responsibilities during downtime
