Position Summary
Matrix Home Care is seeking reliable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) for per diem home care assignments throughout Broward County.
This role provides one-on-one support to clients in their homes. Available assignments may include daytime, evening, overnight, weekday, and weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
  • Support mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding
  • Provide medication reminders
  • Perform light housekeeping and laundry
  • Offer companionship and emotional support
  • Observe and report changes in the client's condition
  • Document care provided accurately and on time
  • Follow the client's care plan and agency policies

Requirements
  • Current Florida CNA license or approved HHA certificate
  • Current CPR certification
  • Previous home care, private duty, assisted living, or long-term care experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation
  • Professional, dependable, and compassionate
  • Comfortable working independently in a client's home
  • Ability to successfully complete all required pre-employment screenings
