Role Description: The Automotive Parts Customer Experience Associates will be ambassadors of their department and will strive to provide expert product knowledge and assistance. Your role will be focused on continuous improvement of your own product knowledge and customer interaction techniques. A strong orientation towards teamwork and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role, as is a strong understanding of motor vehicles. Starting wage range: $18.25 - $19.50

Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Greet & engage customers in your department.
  • Provide a high level of customer service at all times!
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge.
  • Assist with product filling as required (i.e. promotional items).
  • Maintaining cleanliness of department.
  • Manage all out-of-stock tags.
  • Perform aisle maintenance throughout the day i.e. facing products.
  • Strive to make customers for life.
