White Pine Wealth Management is a team of 10 professionals servicing $1B+ in assets as of March 2026. We are based in Falmouth, Maine.
What You'll Do
The Client Service Associate provides a white glove client experience by working directly with clients and coordinating with the service team and advisors. You have strong communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills, and a heart for service. You must be ethical, reliable, and able to handle sensitive financial information with absolute confidentiality.
  • Onboard new client relationships: work directly with clients and advisors to collect data, process new account paperwork, and maintain client records in our CRM system
  • Perform account maintenance requests: change of beneficiary, address updates, online account access, account re-titles, etc.
  • Process money movements: journals, wire transfers, ACH transfers, and check requests
  • Assist clients in a professional and pleasant manner through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Proficiency with our software preferred: CRM (Salesforce), DocuSign, Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, OneNote), and custodial platform (Fidelity)
  • Comply with and be well-versed in industry rules and regulations and practice policies

What You'll Bring
